Changeover day is preferably Saturday but we are flexible on this. Arrival from 4pm, depart by 10am. Or earlier by arrangement.
Booking and Payment Terms

to confirm the finca is available for the dates you require.
After that booking is easy -
We ask you to send us a completed Booking
Form along with a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with an additional £200
security / damage deposit. This is returned after the end of your stay providing
no damage occurs. Full directions and other useful information are sent before
you depart the UK. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, telephone or
online banking.

Car Hire
Car hire is essential and we tend to use one of the sites which searches and
compares prices such as Economy
Car Hire. Some companies are based on site at the airport and you collect
your car downstairs in Arrivals. Some are located off site near the airport,
and collect you outside and take you to their depot. By clicking on the company
name it tells you where they are based.
